Directions to the Endependence Center, Inc., 6300 East Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk:
From Richmond and the Peninsula Area: Take I-64 East to the Newtown Road exit. (Do not take the I-264, Virginia Beach Expressway [old US-44], exit.) From the Newtown Road exit ramp, take the 2nd (North) Newtown Road exit and proceed under overpass.
From Chesapeake: Take I-64 West to I-264 East, Virginia Beach Expressway [old US-44]. Take the second (North) Newtown Road exit and proceed under overpass.
From Virginia Beach: Take I-264 West, Virginia Beach Expressway [old US-44] to Newtown Road exit. Turn right at traffic light onto Newtown Road. Follow Newtown Road to Virginia Beach Blvd. using the left-hand lane. Turn left onto Virginia Beach Blvd. and proceed to Land St. Turn right onto Land St., then right into the Center’s parking lot.

From I-81: Take Exit 247B to US-33 West. Turn left onto US-33 West, Market Street. Proceed to Court Square at Main Street. Proceed counterclockwise around Court Square returning to Market Street. Turn right on Market Street and proceed one block to Liberty Street. Turn Left onto Liberty Street. VAIL is two blocks ahead at Bruce Street in the LD&B Insurance Bldg.

Directions to the Endependence Center of Northern Virginia, Inc., 3100 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington:
From the Beltway (I-495): Take I-66 East to Exit 71, Fairfax Drive. Follow Fairfax Drive East to Wilson Boulevard. Follow left on Wilson Boulevard one block to intersection of Wilson, Clarendon, and Washington Boulevards. ECNV is on the right after proceeding through the intersection onto Clarendon Boulevard.
From Richmond (I-95 North): Proceed onto I-395 toward Washington, DC. Take Exit 8-A to Washington Boulevard. Follow Washington Boulevard West two miles to intersection of Wilson, Clarendon, and Washington Boulevards. ECNV is on the right at this intersection.
From Washington, DC: Take US-50 to the right exit onto Courthouse Road. Take Courthouse Road North, crossing over Clarendon Boulevard (one-way east), to Wilson Boulevard (one-way, west). Turn left onto Wilson Boulevard and proceed to intersection of Wilson, Clarendon, and Washington Boulevards. Make a U-turn onto Clarendon Boulevard. ECNV is immediately on the right.

Directions to the Holiday Inn I-64, 6531 West Broad St., Richmond:
From I-95 North or South: Take Exit 79 onto I-64 West. (Do not take bypass I-295.) From I-64 West, take Exit 183B to Broad Street East. Holiday Inn is a quarter-mile ahead on the right.
From Charlottesville (I-64 East): Take Exit 183 onto Broad Street East. Holiday Inn is a quarter-mile ahead on the right.

Directions to the Blue Ridge Independent Living Center, 1502-B Williamson Rd. NE, Roanoke:
From I-581: Take Exit 143 to Orange Avenue, US-460 East, and proceed immediately into the far left turning lane. At the first traffic light, turn Left (North) onto Williamson Road. Proceed through the first traffic light and turn left into the Civic Mall parking lot. The Center is located in the detached building which was formerly an automotive service center.

Directions to the SW Virginia Higher Education Center, One Partnership Circle, Abingdon:
From I-81 South, US-58 West: Take Exit 14 to Old Jonesboro Road, VA-140. Turn Right towards Abingdon. Proceed to the first traffic light at VHCC Drive, VA-372. Turn Right onto VHCC Drive.
From I-81 North, US-58 East: Take Exit 14 onto Jonesboro Road, VA-140 towards Abingdon. Proceed to the first traffic light at VHCC Drive, VA-372. Turn Right onto VHCC Drive.
From US-19 Southbound: Turn Right onto US-11, West Main Street. Proceed to Old Jonesboro Road, VA-140. Turn Left onto Old Jonesboro Road. At the next traffic light, turn Left onto VHCC Drive, VA-372. Continue on VHCC Drive to intersection of Partnership Circle. Turn Right onto Partnership Circle. The Center is located on the left at the bottom of the hill on the campus of Virginia Highlands Community College. Room 149 is located on the first floor of the Center.
